At Ramen Samurai, we're serious about great Japanese food. Our journey began with a simple mission: to bring the true flavors of Japan to Perth. We use traditional cooking methods and fresh, high-quality ingredients to create a dining experience that transports you to the streets of Tokyo.
We offer over ten different flavours of ramen to choose from, and our noodles are made fresh from scratch every day using traditional Japanese cooking methods. We let our broth simmer for over ten hours, ensuring that even the most subtle ingredients shine through.
You can select from meats like chargrilled chicken and cha-shu (pork belly) to add to your ramen, or opt for some tasty vegetarian add-ins including black fungus, seaweed, tempura vegetables and corn. Be sure to wash it down with our range of beer available in house!
We offer an array of Donburi dishes and freshly made gyoza as well, so come by and see us on Albany Highway in East Victoria Park. We look forward to serving you!
